By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any casino game or otherwise using any feature of done55, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Each eligible User may register one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

These rules govern bet settlement, voided bets, event postponements and result disputes.
done55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on an incorrect price, or where there is evidence of software malfunction, data feed error or fraudulent activity. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on done55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. done55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, with or without notice, and to forfeit all associated Balances and Bonuses:
All content on the done55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and their arrangement — is the property of done55 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any part of the Platform's content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, done55, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
done55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. done55 accepts no liability for losses — including gambling losses — arising during periods of Platform downtime.
Either party may close the Account at any time. Users wishing to close their Account should contact support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any remaining Balance (excluding Bonuses not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method following completion of all applicable checks.
done55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where:
